Historical Novel Kindle & Paperback Formatting

I have an 88,637-word historical novel that is ready for final formatting so I can launch it simultaneously on Amazon Kindle and as a paperback through KDP. I’m looking for a meticulous formatter who can give both editions a polished, Traditional look.

eBook requirements
• Reflowable Kindle file built to current KDP guidelines.
• Body text set in “New Times Roman.”
• Hyperlinked, fully functional table of contents.
• Clean chapter breaks with titles that appear Bold and Larger than body text.

Paperback requirements
• Print-ready interior PDF that mirrors the eBook’s styling but is optimized for print (proper margins, bleeds where needed, page numbers, headers/footers, widow-orphan control).
• Chapter titles in the same Bold and Larger treatment.
• Consistent scene breaks and ornamental glyphs, if needed, to suit the period tone.

General expectations
– No stray styles, blank pages, or conversion errors.
– All formatting must pass KDP’s previewer for both eBook and paperback.
– Final hand-off should include: the validated EPUB/MOBI (or KPF), print PDF, and the original working file with an accompanying style sheet so future updates are seamless.

I prefer the classic, discreet feel of Traditional typesetting, but I’m open to subtle flourishes that fit the era if you think they’ll enhance readability. If this sounds like your specialty, let’s get the novel ready for readers.
