High-Resolution Event Banner Design

I’m preparing a large-format banner for an upcoming event and need a designer who can deliver a crisp, print-ready file that looks polished and professional. The tone has to be formal—think clean type hierarchy, balanced layout, and a colour palette that feels corporate rather than playful. Because we don’t have preset branding guidelines, you’ll have room to recommend fonts, colours, and any subtle graphic elements that reinforce a trustworthy, business-class image.

What I need from you:
• Concept development based on the event’s goals and audience
• At least one round of refinement to fine-tune copy placement and visual hierarchy
• Final artwork supplied both as an editable source file (AI/PSD) and a high-resolution PDF suitable for a large print run (minimum 300 dpi or scalable vector)

Please factor in banner dimensions typical for trade-show backdrops; if you have suggestions on optimal sizing or bleed settings, include them in your bid.
