High-End Real Estate Brochure Design

I need a polished 6–8 page brochure that captures the prestige of a new real-estate development while keeping the look firmly modern and minimalist. All reference material—concept board, high-resolution images, draft copy, and project specs—is already gathered for you in this Drive folder:

Visual direction
• Style: Modern, minimalist lines and generous white space
• Colour palette: Neutral tones only; please avoid any saturated hues
• Imagery: Hero shots of the façade and interiors must feel airy and sophisticated

Content structure
The brochure should flow logically from a striking cover through to a compelling property-features spread. I am open to your sequence suggestions as long as the development’s key features receive a dedicated, visually engaging section.

Deliverables
• 6–8 page brochure laid out for A4 print and screen-ready PDF
• Fully editable Adobe InDesign file with linked assets and packaged fonts
• Two rounds of refinements after the first draft

Acceptance criteria
The final PDF must be CMYK, 300 dpi with 3 mm bleed, and the text styles should remain editable for future unit additions.
