High-End Investor Brochure Design

I need a polished, modern-and-sleek brochure that speaks directly to investors interested in purchasing in Phuket. I already have a complete brand book, so the colour palette, fonts and overall visual language are defined; what I’m missing is a designer who can translate those guidelines into a brochure that feels premium, credible and investment-focused.
Content will centre on the Phuket investment opportunity—think market highlights, key numbers and any narrative that shows why backing this project makes sense. I’ll supply the copy, imagery and brand assets; you bring layout expertise, typography finesse and that extra visual flair that convinces someone to open their wallet.
Ideally you’re comfortable in Adobe InDesign (or an equivalent pro-level tool) and can deliver:
• A print-ready PDF
• A web-optimised interactive version
• The editable source file for future updates
