I need a polished, visually balanced “Run of Show” laid out as a single-page rack card that will sit on each table during the event. The piece must read clearly at a glance and match a formal aesthetic—think clean typography, restrained color palette, and enough white space so nothing feels crowded.

Content to include
• A concise sequence of segments with their start times
• Speaker / performer names and brief descriptors

I will supply the finalized copy and any brand assets (logo, color values, preferred fonts) once we start. Please deliver a print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300 dpi, bleed included) plus the editable source file in InDesign, Illustrator, or Canva—whichever you build in.

Acceptance criteria
• Fits standard rack-card dimensions (4″×9″)
• Formal style maintained throughout
• Text and graphic elements properly aligned and legible from table distance
• File passes my local printer’s pre-flight check without adjustments
