Design an A5 Brochure & Client Pack for Healthcare “Make-A-Wish” Programme

Job Description:

We’re Harmony Healthcare, a UK complex-care provider supporting children and adults with life-limiting and complex needs.
We’re relaunching our Make-A-Wish Programme — a heart-warming initiative that grants small wishes for our clients and their families — and we need a designer to create a beautiful, uplifting Client Pack.

What We Need Designed

A5 Brochure (4-page or tri-fold)

Emotionally engaging and family-friendly

Warm, inclusive design that aligns with our brand colours (purple, teal, white, gold accents)

Incorporates short stories, images, and clear call-to-action (QR code + website link)

Cover Letter Template (1 page)

Clean, on company letterhead style, for printing on Harmony stationery

Wish Card (single or double-sided A6)

Matches the brochure look and feel

Simple layout for clients/families to write their wish

Optional:

Small sticker or magnet design saying “My Wish Matters – Harmony Healthcare”

What We’ll Provide

All final text content (ready to paste — already written)

Logo, brand colours, and sample font styles from our website

Examples of previous Wish Cards and similar materials

Reference photos (or guidance if you prefer to use high-quality stock images)

Deliverables

Print-ready PDFs (with bleeds and crop marks)
