Handwriting Workbook Design for Kids

I'm seeking an experienced graphic designer to create a handwriting workbook aimed at improving penmanship for children, utilizing a 3-line system. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is essential for this project.
i will give text content. Each page will have two lines of solid text, two lines of dotted text, and two blank lines (double lines) 150 pages total. Budget $200

Book dimensions 8.5 inch x 11 inch
margins and gutters 2 cm all around

one double line with solid letters
one double line with dotted letters
two triple lines blank

one page will have SIXTEEN triple lines
which means FOUR sets of FOUR triple lines

so each page wiill accomodate 4 sentences
that is my calculation

i will provide 600 sentences
