About Us
- Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury Sydney is a leading not-for-profit organisation located in Sydney’s North. Each year, we host our Sapphire Gala Ball – our largest fundraising event – attracting over 650 guests at the ICC Sydney.
About the Project
- We’re seeking an experienced graphic designer to create the visual identity and event collateral for our 2026 Sapphire Gala Ball. This project offers an opportunity to go beyond our core brand guidelines and bring to life a fresh, creative theme for the event.
Scope of Work
Stage 1:
Invitation – 2600 × 3500 px
Sponsorship Proposal – A4 size, approx. 10 pages
Email Signature – 534 × 132 px
Event Logo – any size
Stage 2:
Event Program – A5 size, approx. 12 pages (includes supplied sponsor ads)
Timeline
- We’re aiming to appoint a designer soon and finalise all graphics before the end of 2025.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong creative flair and experience designing for events, fundraisers, or gala campaigns
- Ability to explore new visual themes
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver polished, print-ready designs
Deliverables
- All final artwork files in print and digital formats.
- Artwork to be provided in inDesign file
