Fridge Magnet Exit Guide Design

I need a clean, modern fridge magnet (A6 size) that doubles as a small leaving-instructions pamphlet for our tenants. The piece must:

• Use our company colors consistently and feature our logo prominently.
• Follow a modern, minimalistic style—plenty of white space, clear hierarchy, no busy patterns.
• Present a concise, step-by-step list of what the tenant must do before moving out.

Imagery is welcome as long as it reinforces the instructions (e.g., a simple icon beside each step). Once I provide logo files and the final text, you’ll create a print-ready PDF (3 mm bleed, CMYK) plus the editable source file. A quick initial draft, one round of minor revisions, and final delivery will complete the job.
