Folded Internal Medicine Card Design
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a fresh, folded business card (one central crease) that will represent my internal-medicine practice with a professional, clean look. The outside and inside should stay within a blue-and-white palette, using blue accents sparingly so the white space keeps the design airy and readable.
Card format
• Size: standard U.S. business card when folded (3.5" × 2"), opening to 3.5" × 4"
• Orientation: horizontal, even fold
Content hierarchy
1. Services offered – this is the headline element and should be the first thing patients notice once they open the card.
2. Direct contact numbers (office, mobile, WhatsApp) and email.
3. Practice information: doctor’s name, qualifications, clinic address, and website URL, patient portal, cell phone for text
Visual tone
The overall feel must remain clinical yet approachable—think crisp typography, generous margins, and a restrained use of icons. No ornate flourishes; simple line icons are fine if they help list the services. We have our own logo.
