Bi-Fold Event Brochure Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
An upcoming event needs a striking bi-fold brochure that instantly conveys energy and professionalism while guiding readers to register and attend. The piece will be handed out on-site and shared digitally in advance, so it must look impeccable both in print and on screen.
Content, headlines, brand colours, logo and a few reference images are ready; what I need is the creative layout, typography choices, visual hierarchy and any supporting graphics or icons that tie everything together. Adobe InDesign or Illustrator is preferred so I can make minor text tweaks later, but I’m open to another industry-standard tool if the final files remain fully editable.
Deliverables
• Print-ready CMYK PDF with 3 mm bleed and crop marks
• High-resolution RGB PDF for email/web
• Layered source file (INDD, IDML or AI)
• Linked/embedded images and fonts, cleared for commercial use
Acceptance criteria: colours match the supplied palette, text styles remain editable, folds align perfectly, and exported PDFs pass a pre-press check without warnings.
