Farmhouse Signage and Pool Safety Board Design

Project Title:

Replicate 20 Farmhouse Signage Boards + 1 Pool Safety Board (Print-Ready Design Files)

Project Description:

We are looking for a graphic designer to prepare print-ready signage boards based on existing finalized designs.

All 20 signage boards will have the same layout, colors, and design, with only the farmhouse name changing on each board.
Additionally, we need one Pool Safety Board (same design for all properties) — only one printable version is required.

Details:

Number of Designs: 19 signage boards + 1 pool safety board

Signage Board Size: 3 ft (Width) × 2 ft (Height)

Pool Board Size: 2 ft (Width) × 3 ft (Height)

Design Format: Copy-paste the given base design and update farmhouse names accordingly.

Deliverables:

21 individual farmhouse signage boards (print-ready PDFs + editable source files)

1 pool safety board (print-ready PDF + editable source file)

Orientation: Landscape for signage boards, Portrait for pool board

File Types Required: Editable AI/PSD + High-resolution PDF (CMYK for printing)

Design Consistency: Colors, fonts, logos, and layout must remain identical across all 21 boards.

We will provide:

The master design file (approved layout)

List of 21 farmhouse names to replace

Logo and color codes (if needed)

Timeline:
1–2 days turnaround after receiving the master design.
