Family Christmas Newsletter Design

I’m planning ahead for our 2025 holiday mail-out and need a creative partner to build a one-page, 8.5" × 11" family Christmas newsletter that Staples can print without adjustments.

Here’s the vision:
• Overall look: modern and sleek—think clean lines, airy layout, fresh typography.
• Colour palette: I’m open to any fun Christmas combination that still feels polished. Surprise me with tasteful reds, metallic accents, Christmas beachy or another festive twist.
• Layout must-haves:
– A prominent space for one horizontal family photo.
– Two smaller portrait spots—one for each teenage son—each paired with a textbox where I’ll drop their yearly update.
– An additional section for a playful “Top 10 Moments of 2025” (or another creative recap you suggest).

Deliverables I’d like:
- Print-ready PDF in CMYK, 300 dpi, with standard bleed and margin allowances.
- Editable source file (InDesign, Illustrator, or Canva link) so I can tweak text and swap photos next November.
- Any custom fonts or graphic elements packaged or linked.

Timeline is flexible for now; I would like to have a final project to print by Mid November.
