Expert Adobe InDesign Typesetter Needed (Bangladeshi Preferred)

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Adobe InDesign Typesetter to join our ongoing advertising production workflow. This role focuses on high-volume, fast-paced print advertisement typesetting, following strict brand and file standards.
Key Responsibilities
Format and typeset advertisements using Adobe InDesign
Work exclusively within pre-set InDesign files provided by us (correct ad dimensions already set)
Apply supplied text, images, logos, and artwork accurately
Follow specific formatting instructions, including font usage, colours, and layout hierarchy
Ensure all files strictly follow our file naming and sorting protocols
Deliver print-ready ads with attention to detail and consistency
Materials Provided
We will provide:
InDesign (.INDD) files set to the correct advertisement dimensions
All required text, images, logos, and raw artwork files
Clear formatting and design instructions
Reference examples via our Typesetting Instructions and Typesetting Examples PDFs
Required Skills & Experience
Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign (this is mandatory)
Must have your own Adobe licence, including access to Adobe Fonts
Solid understanding of typesetting and visual hierarchy
Ability to make key information stand out clearly and professionally
Experience with print ads or newspaper/magazine advertisements is a strong plus
Productivity Expectation
On average, each typesetter is expected to complete 8–10 advertisements per hour
This is a production-focused role, not creative concept design
Bangladeshi freelancers are strongly preferred
Long-term collaboration possible for the right candidate
