Event Material Design & Print-Ready Files

Project description
I am looking for a professional graphic designer to create both design and print‑ready vector files for event materials.
Scope of work:

3x3 meter pop‑up tent
Table cover for a rectangular table

The design should be clean, modern and professional, and suitable for use at events and exhibitions.
Deliverables:

Print‑ready vector files (AI / EPS / PDF)
Correct dimensions, bleed and margins adapted for professional printing
Fonts outlined or included
Print‑ready color setup (CMYK / Pantone if required)
Optional mockups for preview

Requirements:

You must both create the design and deliver final production files
Experience with large‑format print or event materials is preferred
Strong understanding of vector‑based design for print

Provided by me:

Logo and brand assets
Brand guidelines
Exact measurements and print specifications from the supplier before final delivery
