Project Overview

We are looking for a graphic designer or small design team to create a set of professional event marketing materials for an upcoming industry event.

The materials will be used during a presentation and distributed to attendees.

All content, logos, and brand guidelines will be provided.

Scope of Work

Design for the following assets:

1. Roll Banners (3 designs)

Roll-up banners to be displayed at the event.

Size: 160 × 60 cm

2. Capability Brochure

• A4 size

• 2 pages

• Double-sided print layout

3. Technical Fact Sheet

• A4 size

• 2 pages

• Double-sided print layout

4. Event Giveaway – Bookmark with QR Code

Size: 2 × 6 inches

Printed on both sides. This will be printed on plantable germination paper.

5. Travel Tech Kit Branding

Simple artwork to place a logo on a travel tech organizer kit.

Product size: 24 cm × 20 cm × 10 cm

Printable branding area will be confirmed later.
