I have an AI-generated sign layout that now needs a professional touch at full production size—1,802 mm high by 706 mm wide (with 53 mm wrapped on both the left and right edges, leaving a 600 mm main face). 53mm + 600mm + 53mm = 706mm

• The “FOR SALE” information must sit perfectly horizontal; not angled as per the current picture.
• Remove the word “contact” entirely.
