I need an eye-catching A5 poster that advertises a new property specifically to first-time homebuyers. Because this is a straight product advertisement there’s no event schedule or long copy—what I’m after is a clean, contemporary layout that makes the key selling points of the home leap off the page and prompts viewers to enquire immediately.
What I’ll supply: basic copy (headline, bullet features and agent contact info), a high-resolution photo of the property’s exterior, and our brand colour palette with font guidelines.
What I need back from you:
• One print-ready file at 300 dpi (PDF) with 3 mm bleed
• A source file (AI, PSD or InDesign—whichever you prefer) so my team can tweak text later if required
• A web-optimised JPEG for quick email blasts
