Editable PDF Name Tag & QR

I need two quick assets for an event we are setting up in the next couple of hours. First, an editable PDF name-tag template that shows each attendee’s name alongside their company. Second, a matching QR code graphic that will sit on the table for easy scanning.

The name tag must be supplied as a fully editable PDF—Word or Excel aren’t an option on our end—so I can drop in new names and companies myself right before printing. Keep the layout clean and printer-friendly; nothing fancy, just professional and easy to read at badge size.

For the table, generate a high-resolution QR code (PNG or vector PDF is fine) that links to the URL I’ll provide as soon as we start. It should share the same basic style cues as the badge so everything looks cohesive on site.

Deliverables (within one hour of hire):

• Stand-alone QR code graphic ready for print
