Ebook and Print Book Formatting

I’m ready to move my completed manuscript into its final form and need a meticulous designer to handle both the ebook and print layouts.

Print edition requirements
• Trim size: 8.27" × 11.69" (A4).
• Interior should be clean, consistently styled, and ready for upload without further tweaking.

Ebook edition requirements
The digital version must mirror the print design as closely as practical while remaining fully responsive on major e-readers and tablets.

What I will provide
• Final, edited manuscript in Word.
• Any images, charts, or front-/back-matter elements.

What I expect back
• Professionally formatted files for both editions (let me know which formats you recommend).
• Click-able table of contents, proper pagination, and no widows/orphans.
• All fonts embedded and any graphics optimized for the respective platform.

Experience with Adobe InDesign, Vellum, or similar book-layout tools is ideal. If you’ve prepared titles for Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, or Apple Books, please mention it and share a brief sample.
