Duplicate Custom Graphic Design Templates

I have a collection of graphic-design templates that must be duplicated exactly as they are, then prepared for re-use across several projects. These are not standard InDesign or Word files; they sit in another proprietary layout format, so I need someone who is comfortable reverse-engineering existing artwork and rebuilding it cleanly in the same or a compatible tool.
The one element that absolutely cannot change is the paper matching: every duplicate must preserve the original stock specifications so print output looks and feels identical to the master copy. Beyond that, all text, spacing, and visual balance should mirror the source precisely.
