Document & Stamp Graphics Editing

I have a document that needs a quick-yet-precise makeover. The text must be updated, some elements shifted for a cleaner layout, and a few images either added or taken out according to my marked-up PDF.
Alongside that, I only hold scanned copies of a stamp and a handwritten signature. I need you to extract them cleanly, remove every trace of background, and return each as crisp, transparent-background PNG files ready for use on future paperwork.
The end result I’m expecting:
• A print-ready version of the edited page (both in the original editable format and a flattened PDF)
• Two separate PNG assets—one of the stamp, one of the signature—with backgrounds fully removed and edges looking natural even on coloured stock
