Designer for Editorial-Style Menu (Multi-Page)
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
Project Title:
Minimal, Editorial-Style Menu Design for Premium Wellness Brand (Multi-Page)
---
Project Description:
We are looking for a designer to create a clean, minimal, multi-page menu for a premium food-first wellness brand called Pūrnah:.
This is not a typical café or restaurant menu.
The design should feel more like a small editorial booklet or magazine, not a commercial or graphic-heavy menu.
---
Scope of Work:
- Design 2 menus:
1. All Day Dining Menu (approx. 8 pages, ~40 dishes)
2. Seasonal Mango Menu (2–4 pages, ~7 dishes)
- We will provide:
- Final content (dish names, descriptions, structure)
- Section breakdown for each page
---
Design Direction:
We are looking for a minimal, refined, and typography-led design.
Key expectations:
- Clean layout with strong whitespace
- Elegant serif + simple sans-serif font pairing
- Neutral, earthy tones (off-white, beige, muted olive, soft brown)
- Editorial / magazine-style layout
- Subtle sectioning (no heavy dividers or boxes)
---
Important: What to Avoid
- No icons or illustrations
- No food images
- No bright colors or heavy graphics
- No cluttered or “busy” layouts
- No typical “healthy café” aesthetic
---
Tone & Feel:
- Calm, premium, and thoughtful
- Not commercial or overly designed
- Should feel like a designed reading experience, not just a menu
---
Deliverables:
- Print-ready PDF files
- Editable source file (preferably Canva)
---
Process:
We would like to start with 1–2 sample pages to align on design direction before completing the full menu.
---
Who Should Apply:
Designers with experience in:
- Minimal / editorial layouts
- Restaurant or booklet design
- Clean typography-focused work
Please share relevant portfolio samples.
---
We are looking for someone who understands restraint, layout balance, and premium design sensibility.
Looking forward to collaborating.
