Design 14 Exhibition Standees for Digital Wellness Awareness

I’m preparing a Digital Wellness Exhibition and need a series of 14 themed standees that together form a powerful visual narrative on our relationship with technology — its impact, science, and solutions.

Each standee will cover a specific topic (e.g., Effect on Kids, Attention & Multitasking, Biology of Addiction–Deaddiction, Inner Empowerment, etc.).
The goal is to create a cohesive visual journey that is eye-catching, educational, and emotionally engaging for the general public.

Scope of Work:
• Design 14 single-sided standees (3 ft × 6 ft each).
3 standees are already designed as part of Freelancer contest. Some teakes may be required in those.
• Each standee will have:
A clear headline and tagline (we’ll provide draft content).
Illustrations or imagery matching the theme (realistic, creative, or conceptual).
Concise, readable body text (we’ll share text + structure).
Space for a QR code linking to our digital wellness resources.
Maintain a consistent visual identity across all standees — fonts, colors, and layout — while allowing each topic to feel distinct.
Vibrant, contemporary color palette that feels modern and human, not overly clinical.
Design must work for print and exhibition lighting (legible from a few feet away).

Deliverables:
• Print-ready PDFs for all standees
• Editable AI (Adobe Illustrator) files with outlined fonts and linked images
• All text should be editable. Do not use image with embedded text
• A quick thumbnail/mood board approval before final design rollout. Please expect 2-3 iterations for each standee design.

Designer Preferences:
If you’ve worked on exhibition graphics, awareness campaigns, or wellness/tech themes, please share samples.
We’re looking for someone who understands how to make educational messages visually striking and emotionally resonant.
