A5 Daily Planner Layout

I’m ready to turn my vision for an A5, physical daily planner into a polished, print-ready book and need a designer who can guide the project from rough concept to files I can hand straight to my printer. The planner will be used every day, so the interior layout must feel intuitive, uncluttered, and durable when reproduced on paper.

Here’s what I need:
• An elegant daily spread that fits the A5 trim size, allowing space for schedule blocks, top-three priorities, to-do checklist, notes, and a small habit tracker.
• Consistent typography, grid, and margin system across approximately 200 pages.
• Front, back, and spine cover design, with CMYK colour profile and proper bleed.
• Final deliverables in print-ready PDF plus the editable source file (InDesign or Affinity Publisher preferred).

I’ll supply a colour palette and reference planners I admire. If you have experience preparing files for short-run or POD printing, that’s a bonus. Let me know how you’d approach the layout and timeline, and include a sample of a book or planner you’ve designed before.
