I need two related pieces laid out with flair and consistency:
1. A short annual report (roughly 10–12 pages) in a creative, modern style. It should weave together the copy I provide with dynamic graphs, charts, photos, and other imagery so the data feels engaging rather than clinical.
2. A bold, vibrant newsletter template (4 pages) that carries the same visual energy but is clearly its own piece—think eye-catching headers, strong color blocks, and space for regular content updates.
I’ll supply brand guidelines, copy, data spreadsheets, and image assets. You’ll handle:
• Page layout in Adobe InDesign (or similar professional tool)
• Custom graph and chart styling, keeping colors on brand
• Image selection/placement and basic photo retouching
• Consistent typography and hierarchy across both pieces
• Print-ready PDFs plus editable source files
• A quick walkthrough of styles so future updates stay on track
