Creative Event Pamphlet Design

I’m preparing promotional materials for an upcoming event and need a pamphlet that instantly grabs attention while clearly conveying the essentials—date, venue, agenda, and registration details. The concept has to feel fresh and new, aligned with our existing color palette and logo (brand guide will be shared once we start).

Format & style
• One–page, A4 (or US Letter if you recommend it)
• Print-ready: CMYK, 300 dpi PDF
• Digital-ready: RGB PDF for email and social sharing
• Clean, modern layout with bold color accents and easy-to-scan text hierarchy

Deliverables
1. High-resolution, press-ready PDF
2. Editable source file (AI, PSD, or InDesign)
3. Linked fonts and any custom illustrations or stock images used

Workflow
I’ll provide all copy, brand colors, and photos. You handle concept, layout, and imagery selection or creation, followed by two revision rounds to fine-tune spacing and hierarchy. A three-day turnaround from asset hand-over keeps us on schedule.

Acceptance criteria
• Visuals align with supplied brand guide
• Text remains legible at 100 % and 75 % size
• Final files pass a pre-press check with no color or bleed issues
