Create a Tech Pack and Print Design for Clothing

I am looking for a designer with relevant experience in creating tech packs and print designs for clothing. I have a pencil-to-paper mock-up design that I will share with the selected freelancer. The project involves:
- Developing a detailed tech pack, including measurements and specifications for the garment (front and back).
- Translating my mock-up into a professional print design suitable for production.
