6x9 Cookbook PDF Layout

I have a finished cookbook manuscript that must be turned into a single, print-ready PDF sized exactly for a 6" x 9" booklet. The main file contains the recipes in a pdf format, but the recipes need to be sized to fit on one page. There are two separate Word documents which are the foreword and the table of contents, and I also have individual photos for every recipe.

Here is the flow I’m after: the foreword opens the book, the table of contents follows, each recipe appears next, and its corresponding photo sits centered on the opposite page from the recipe. The overall look should feel modern and minimalist—clean lines, well-centered, generous white space, and consistent typography throughout.

I’ll supply:
• the complete recipe manuscript
• the two Word files (foreword and TOC)
• high-resolution images

You’ll return one upload-ready PDF with fonts embedded, margins calibrated for print bleed, images at 600 dpi, and internal links/bookmarks preserved so the table of contents works digitally as well. Please let me know which software you plan to use (InDesign, Affinity Publisher, or similar) and your estimated turnaround time.
