Convert an Existing Double-Sided 4 × 6 Card to Print-Ready Format

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
I have a completed and approved front-and-back design for a 4 × 6-inch promotional card. I do not need the card redesigned. I need a print-production or prepress specialist to convert the existing design into professional, print-ready files.
I will provide:
• The approved front image
• The approved back image
• The original working QR-code file
Please preserve the existing design, wording, colors, typography, images, and layout. Do not make creative changes without my approval.
REQUIREMENTS
• Final trim size: 4 × 6 inches, portrait orientation
• Double-sided printing
• Add ⅛-inch bleed on all sides, producing a standard document size of 4.25 × 6.25 inches unless the printer specifies otherwise
• Extend the background artwork into the bleed without stretching or visibly altering the design
• Keep important text and graphics safely inside the trim line
• Remove the white presentation background, exterior shadow, and mockup effects from the production artwork
• Prepare the actual print artwork with square corners unless the printer requests rounded corners
• Ensure all artwork has an effective resolution of 300 PPI at finished size
• Carefully upscale or reconstruct elements only where technically necessary; do not change the approved appearance
• Convert the artwork to the printer’s required CMYK color profile
• Embed or outline fonts
• Check all text against the supplied approved images
• Keep the front and back perfectly aligned and at identical dimensions
QR CODE
Use the separately supplied original QR-code file. Do not redraw, regenerate, trace, stylize, or alter the QR pattern.
• Keep the QR code square and high contrast
• Preserve the white quiet zone around it
• Test the QR code in the final PDF at actual printed size

• Test it again from a physical proof before final approval
DELIVERABLES
• One print-ready, two-page PDF containing the front and back
• Separate print-ready PDFs for the front and back
