Conference Flex Design (Multiple Sizes) – 24 Hour Turnaround
Budget: ₹3,000 – ₹4,000 INR
I need a graphic designer experienced in large-format print design to create flex/backdrop designs for a conference.
I have already created one base design, and I will also share another design for inspiration. The task is to adapt and create designs for multiple flex sizes while maintaining a clean, professional, and consistent visual identity.
This is for a conference environment, so the design must look polished, minimal, and high-quality when printed on large flex banners.
Flex Sizes Required :
15 ft (W) × 10 ft (H) – Main Photoup / Stage Backdrop
43 inches × 36 inches – Registration Desk Back Panel
18 inches × 14 inches – Hotel Stand Display
6 ft (W) × 10 ft (H) – Entry Welcome Backdrop
1.5 ft (W) × 3 ft (H) – Self-standing Registration Desk Sign
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with large format flex / banner print design
Ability to maintain consistent branding across all sizes
Correct scaling and layout adjustments for different dimensions
Files must be prepared properly for large format printing
DELIVERABLES:
Designer must provide:
• Print-ready High Resolution PDF
• Editable source file (AI / PSD / Canva / etc.)
• Proper bleed and print margins
• Files prepared at the correct scale for large flex printing
• Designs optimized for high resolution printing without quality loss
References Provided
I will share:
• One design already created by me
• One reference design for inspiration
The final designs should adapt this design language across all flex sizes.
