Condense Restaurant Menu Layout
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
My current restaurant menu sprawls across 14 pages and it’s just too long for guests to browse comfortably. I want it distilled into a clean, easy-to-scan 4-page format while still showcasing every single item we offer. The new flow should group dishes by food category—appetizers, main courses and desserts—so diners can jump straight to what they’re craving.
I’ll supply the existing file along with our logo, brand colours and any photography we already use. Your job is to re-layout the content, refine typography, balance white space and, where helpful, create subtle visual cues that make large sections look inviting rather than crowded. Feel free to suggest minor layout tweaks or icons as long as nothing is removed from the original list of dishes.
Deliverables:
• Print-ready PDF in CMYK, sized for US letter and A4
• Editable source file (InDesign, Illustrator or Canva—whichever you work in)
• Web-optimised PDF for online viewing
The project is complete once the four final pages accurately reflect every menu item, follow the category structure above and are visually consistent with our brand palette. I’m happy to answer any content questions and will turn feedback around quickly so we can get this to the printer without delay.
