Commercial Cleaning Leaflet Design

I’m launching a pair of print-ready leaflets for my cleaning company and need a designer who can create them from scratch—no AI generators or pre-made templates, please.

The first leaflet will speak to offices and other commercial premises, highlighting our day-to-day cleaning, carpet care and hard-floor maintenance. The second will target estate agents, focusing on fast, reliable end-of-tenancy carpet cleans.

Both pieces must feel friendly and approachable while staying firmly within a blue-and-white colour scheme. The copy I supply will already mention the key services; your layout should make those points stand out, along with our phone, email and website. No testimonials are required.

Deliverables
• Two separate designs (print-ready CMYK PDFs with 3 mm bleed)
• Corresponding editable source files (AI, INDD or PSD)
• Fonts either outlined or included, and any imagery licensed for commercial use
