Charity Raffle Ticket with Stub

I need a fresh, eye-catching raffle ticket designed for an upcoming charity draw. The ticket must include a detachable butt (stub) so we can keep track of sales, and the overall look should feel bright and vibrant rather than formal or neutral.
The only content that has to appear on the face of the ticket right now is a clear, enticing description of the main prizes; I will fill in exact wording, event details, and serial numbering once the layout is approved. Sponsor logos are not required for this piece.
I’m looking for a print-ready file that the printer can run without extra adjustments—CMYK, 300 dpi, with bleeds and crop marks—plus an editable source file (AI, PSD, or InDesign) so we can tweak text later if needed.
