Canva Kids Worksheets & Media Graphics
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I create printable activity packs for children ages 4-10 and now need a Canva-savvy designer to help me turn my rough ideas into engaging, age-appropriate worksheets. These worksheets—mazes, word searches, tracing pages and simple logic puzzles—are the first thing I need from you, so we will start there and then roll into matching YouTube thumbnails and social media materials.
Here is how I see the collaboration working:
• Kids Worksheets – the priority. I’ll share topic outlines, copy and any clip-art I already own. You transform them into bright, fun pages that are easy for kids to follow while still looking polished for parents. Everything must be built 100 % in Canva so I can tweak text or swap graphics later.
• YouTube Thumbnails – once a worksheet set is approved, I’ll give you the episode title and a hero image. Thumbnails should feel bold and colorful, instantly readable at a glance, and consistent with the worksheet aesthetic.
• Social Media – finally, I’ll need a few promotional graphics (Instagram feed, story, Facebook post) that advertise the worksheet set or related video. Same color palette, clear call-to-action, sized correctly for each platform.
Deliverables per topic pack:
1. 5-10 printable worksheets in PDF + editable Canva link
2. 1 YouTube thumbnail (1280 × 720)
3. 2–3 social media promos (square, story, Facebook)
Acceptance criteria: designs must stay within Canva, use only free or licensed elements, keep fonts readable for young readers and hit the agreed brand colors. I’ll provide feedback within 24 h; you revise until we’re both happy.
If this sounds like a good fit, let’s start with one pack and build a long-term rhythm from there.
