Canva Design to InDesign Conversion
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I have a finished, multi-page design in Canva that now needs to live in Adobe InDesign for easier print production and future edits. The Canva file (50 pages) contains everything you’d expect—body copy, clear title and subtitle treatments, callouts, images, graphics, plus a handful of data-driven charts and infographics—so the InDesign rebuild must mirror the current look and feel without cutting corners. And we want it in A4 format
Here’s what I need from you:
• Recreate each page in InDesign, matching layout, typography, colours and spacing precisely.
• Set up proper paragraph, character and object styles so later updates are painless.
• Redraw or vector-trace any Canva-specific elements that don’t import cleanly, ensuring charts and infographics remain sharp and editable.
• Package the file with linked images, fonts (or font report), and deliver both the .indd and an .idml for backward compatibility.
• Export a press-ready PDF (CMYK, bleed, crop marks) so I can send it straight to the printer.
I’ll supply the Canva link and any brand assets as soon as we start. If a creative decision is needed—say, a chart colour or a font substitution—flag it and we’ll decide together. Looking forward to handing this project to someone who lives in InDesign and sweats the small details.
