Beyblade Metal Sticker Art Recreation

I need the artwork from a Beyblade Metal-series sticker sheet rebuilt from scratch at print quality. The existing graphics will be supplied as reference, and every emblem, character mark and colour cue must match those originals precisely. The new artwork also has to extend far enough to create a clean bleed area so the cutter can trim without clipping any design elements.

Colour fidelity is important; please keep hues identical to the source while ensuring the file is sharp at 300 dpi. The final file I hand to the printer must be a transparent-background PNG that already includes the bleed.
