Autofill Black Friday Sticker Templates

I need a set of PDF templates that let me enter the product name, price, and discount percentage once and have those details instantly appear on every duplicate sticker on the sheet. The artwork must include clear trim guides so my team can cut the pages quickly during our Black Friday rush, and I need the files turned around as soon as possible.
Deliverables
• Six separate print ready PDF files, laid out for

• Linked placeholders for Product Name, Price, and Discount Percentage that update across all duplicates when edited once.
• Visible cut or bleed lines that print cleanly without shifting.
• A brief note or screenshot showing where to type the information so non-design staff can update the sheets.
Acceptance
If I can change the three text fields in any one sticker and see every other sticker on that artboard update immediately—and the file exports to PDF without missing links—the job is complete.
