Asure ID 7 Badge Template Design

I’m launching a new series of ID cards and need a designer/operator who already feels at home inside Asure ID 7 and knows the quirks of the Swiftpro K65 printer. The goal is a clean, print-ready template that I can reuse, swap data fields in and push straight to the K65 without additional tweaking or colour-matching every time.

Here’s what I need from you:
• A fully editable Asure ID 7 template (.itt) set up for CR80 card stock, aligned with the Swiftpro K65’s edge-to-edge capability and ribbon panel order.
• Properly linked variable text and photo fields so I can import employee data from CSV.
• Front-and-back layout, with space for branding elements, photos and a scannable code should we decide to add one.
• Any printer presets or colour profiles you rely on to keep the on-screen design consistent with the physical card.
• A short hand-off note (screenshots are fine) explaining where to drop new images, how to update the data source and the exact print settings you used.

When you reply, please mention a recent project where you combined Asure ID (or equivalent software) with a Swiftpro or similar retransfer printer and let me know roughly how long it took you to deliver the final template. Looking forward to working together on this.
