Artwork Assembly on Supplied Print Template (No New Design)

The client has all design components (vector graphics, images, copy) from a previous layout. The task is to assemble and adapt these elements to a larger, provided print template, ensuring precise alignment, scaling, and print-readiness. No new creative design is required—this is a production/layout job.

Objectives:

Rebuild the existing design on the new, larger template.

Match layout, proportions, and visual hierarchy so the new format mirrors the previous look/feel.

Prepare press-ready files in both PDF and EPS, adhering to print specs.

Scope of Work:

File Intake & Preflight

Review the supplied template (client-provided).

Audit assets (vectors, images, fonts/outlined text) for completeness and print suitability.

Layout Assembly (No Redesign)

Place and scale all supplied elements to fit the new template exactly.

Maintain spacing, alignment, and consistency with the previous design.

Color management: ensure CMYK/spot colors are preserved correctly.

Prepress & Output:

Add/confirm bleed (typically 3 mm) and safety margins per template.

Image resolution checks (min 300 ppi at final size).

Outline fonts/expand appearances where appropriate.

Overprint/knockout checks; dielines on separate spot color (if applicable).

Export:

PDF/X-4 (or printer-specified standard) with marks/bleed as required.

Clean EPS version, with linked images embedded or provided separately as agreed.

Edits:

Includes 1–3 minor edit rounds (e.g., small text nudge, image reposition, color tweak).

Additional or design-level changes are out of scope and billed separately.

Client to Supply:

The official print template (final, correct size) + any printer specifications.

All design elements: vector logos (AI/EPS/PDF), linked images (300 ppi), brand colors (CMYK/Spot/Pantone), and final copy.

Any brand guidelines or reference exports from the previous design for visual matching.

Deliverables:

Press-ready PDF with bleed and marks as required.

EPS file & PDF (final layout), with fonts outlined and images embedded (or packaged).

Optional: packaged working file (EPS & PDF) if requested.

Timeline:

Estimated production time: ~1 hour (up to 2 hours) with proper assets and specs supplied.

Turnaround: same day or next business day upon receiving complete materials (subject to booking).
