Annual Institute Magazine Production

Our institute launches one signature magazine each year and I want this edition to shine in both print and digital form. The publication mixes educational articles with spotlights on student achievements and full-color coverage of campus events, so layout must handle longer text pieces as well as photo-heavy spreads.

Scope
• End-to-end production of a single annual issue
• Two formats: press-ready PDF (CMYK, bleed) for offset printing and an interactive digital version (flipbook or EPUB/PDF with live links)
• Consistent visual identity that reflects our institute’s branding across all sections—educational features, achievement highlights, and event narratives

I will supply raw text, images, and branding guidelines; you refine copy, handle image treatment, craft page layouts, and deliver print-ready and web-ready files. Final approval comes after prepress checks and a live preview of the digital version.
