Amazon Book Formatting & Publishing

My manuscript is complete and sitting in a single Word document, and I’m ready to turn it into both an ebook and a paperback on Amazon KDP. The interior still needs professional layout work—chapter headings, page breaks, clickable TOC for Kindle, margins and trim size for print, the whole works.

I already have a finished cover design, so your focus is strictly on the interior files and the actual KDP setup. What I expect from you:

• A polished, error-free EPUB (or KPF) optimised for Kindle devices and the Kindle app
• A print-ready PDF that meets KDP bleed, margin and trim requirements
• Guidance or remote walkthrough during the KDP upload so the book appears correctly in both formats (metadata, pricing and territory settings are on me; I just want to be sure the files pass KDP checks)

If you regularly work with tools like Adobe InDesign, Vellum, or Kindle Create and know Amazon’s latest specs, this should be straightforward. I aim for a clean, professional result that passes KDP’s previewer the first time.
