Admissions Materials Refresh

I need to refresh two existing pieces of collateral that will go straight to print next month:

• A 14-page admissions booklet
• A standard US-letter trifold brochure

Both files already exist; I’ll send you the packaged InDesign projects and printer specs. My team has finalized all new copy, so your first task is to flow that text into the current layouts. Most pages will keep their basic structure, but headings, sub-heads, body copy and a few call-outs all change.

Images also need an overhaul. I do NOT yet have replacement photography, so I’m looking for someone comfortable sourcing high-resolution, royalty-free—or better, rights-cleared—images that match our college’s brand style (diverse student life, campus scenes, classroom shots). If you have a preferred stock library, let me know; otherwise I’ll purchase any selections you recommend.

Deliverables
• Updated InDesign files for both pieces, with linked images packaged
• Print-ready PDFs (300 dpi, CMYK, bleeds & crop marks)
• Web-optimized PDFs for emailing (≤5 MB)

Acceptance criteria
1. All provided text inserted accurately, with no overset frames.
2. New images approved by me before final export.
3. Colors and fonts remain consistent with existing brand guidelines.
4. Final PDFs pass the printer’s pre-flight check without warnings.

Please include a brief note on your experience with multi-page layout in Adobe InDesign and any stock libraries you regularly use.
