I want to integrate API-Software(in zip form) into my Prestashop.

There is an API program that my technician created to connect my store to that of my merchandise supplier. And this software should automatically regularize prices and stocks. My technician had it installed in his Windows system. The software is in Zip form, I want to integrate it into my shop? The software is already working but it is not directly integrated into my shop. It is not a prestahop module. It is a standalone software running on a Windows system.
