problem with elementor prestashop

i have a problem on one of my multistore prestashop website, i'm using itqelementor page builder when i want to modify the default store it's working perfectly but when i want to modify other store with elementor i will get an error message "preview not found, Make sure you added own ip in Maintenance settings".
