packlink pro modul prestashop issue

Issue if customer from greece wants to make a order , there is no shipping .
But if i connect in packlink pro website , i can order shipping from italy to greece ..
need urgent help .
please only if you are well know with prestashop and well know with packling .
we do not want have new shop and not want go in wordpress . Just need solve our issue
