I need a PrestaShop Developer to create something custom (API)

Hello, there. I'm a LUA Scripting developer and I have a website (Petris Services) where I sell some of my work. Some of my work is obfuscated because I do put ip lock system in the script so it can be used only by customers and can't be leaked and used by everyone. I want to make an API on my Prestashop website where I can store a json of my IPs and edit them manually or customers edit them by a panel they will have on their account settings. For example, it should show up every purchased product which must have the product attribute "IP Locked" set to true and there he may change his IP for each product. Then automatically replace his previous in the json with the new one. Also I want the json to be accessible, via a GET request with a specific API Key. I already have this ip-lock system in my scripts but json files are stored into a public json host and there's no safety and I have to change them manually all the time. Is this possible to happen and how much will it cost?
