assistance needed with Prestashop configuration

Hi all.
I have theme purchased for Prestashop, it's installed and working fine, but I need help with final setup of:
1. categories;
2. front end changes (cannot find where to change/fix some parts);
3. configuration of some modules (cannot find how to get few modules working).
Please note! There is no need to do out of the box changes! We are purely talking about helping me to find where is what and assistance to set the website.
After initial setup, this is possibly a long term cooperation.
