Website Building: Imitation Jewelry products

I installed Prestashop, added my products, but the site still needs work and efforts to make it look professional, ssl also needs to be added. Prestashop or any other platform with a ready template is ok for me, would just need a theme that matches my requirements and need a complete working live website. I can't spend much at the moment, but if the quote and work is ok, can continue with the same person for seo and further marketing. I wish to take the site to international markets, starting with Canada and USA. Need to get it done asap!
