Upload backoffice, download on website

I want to be able to upload files from my Prestashop back office that customers can access files by searching a batch number on my website,

Website is www.reefrevolution.com.au

The link will be www.reefrevolution.com.au/RRlab and on this page will be a search bar that you add a number in to access only that file.
